How do I design my own outfit?
Go to “Create Outfit”, pick a base (T-shirt, Hoodie, Oversized Fit), choose color, upload artwork or add text, then add to cart.
What files are supported for uploads?
PNG or SVG recommended (300 DPI for best print). Max 25 MB per file.
Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is free in India for eligible orders. Delivery typically 5–9 business days depending on pin code and product.
Returns and cancellations
Customized items are produced on demand; we accept returns for manufacturing defects or wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Payments and security
We use PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details are processed securely by our provider and are not stored on TailMate servers.
